"What I think of your list" - by Qupakoco Keep Skink Skirmisher units at the minimum size of 10 since they can only fire in two ranks. They are expendable and two units of 10 is better than one unit of 20. You can shoot at two different targets that way and you don't have to worry about maneuvering a 10 Skink wide unit around the board. Your Scar-Vet has too many items. Halberds are 2-handed so no shield or dual wielding. Either pick Halberd+VoTFF or Enchanted Shield+Piranha Blade. Or get another Scar-Vet and give him the other weapons! And finally, you probably don't need all those disciplines on your Slann. You could drop Higher State since you'll have TG to block for you. Unfathomable Presence can be dropped too. Instead, give him a magic banner and make him the BSB for your army.
I was going to drop the halberd in my next post and maybe the cold ones in exchange for another unit of saurus and maybe some salamanders with the point gap but I'm keeping the disciplines on the slain because they are worth the points And well skink skirmishers are well skirmishers and i may drop a 10 but i like the 20 group for a lot of shots it has worked for me so far
