We are having the canadian maritime equivalent of a big tournament on sunday and I decided to change my list.. everyone was talking about all the beardy stuff they were bringing, I orginally had 2 Stegadons, I didn't want to be that guy.. so I changed it.. Now I am short 130 points..

    Old Blood
    Light armor
    Enchanted Shield
    Glyph Necklace
    Burning Blade of Chotec
    Carnosaur

    Kinky Priest
    Level 2
    Diadem of Power
    Dispell Scroll
    Engine of the Godless

    Skank Priest
    Dispell Scroll

    5 Cold One Riders
    5 Cold One Riders

    15 Saurus, Full command, Spears
    15 Saurus, Full Command, Spears
    15 Saurus, Full Command, Spears

    10 Skink Skirmishers

    2 Salamanders

So with 130 points, I can get many things, though I am restricted to what I have painted, which is not terradons unfortunately..

I ran a great deal of different Scar Vet combinations through my head but couldn't decide on one..

Only other things I have painted are 1 Cold One with Banner, 1 Cold One with Music, 10 Saurus, 13 Skinks, 1 Blow Dart Ancient Steg..

Not much of an option, I know.. I do have 3 days to paint something though..

Now, in no way do I claim to be an expert, but have you considered some Terradons?

They aren't assembled or painted but I have 3 days off, I might make a concerted effort to get them ready, if not I will probably get a mundane scarvet bsb

Also a good choice from what I've seen around. Terrys are awesome though :)

    get 10 spider riders.

Failing that, just drop the champions on the saurus and get two groups of 15 skinks with a banner. They are a hilarious method of beating on cannons and flyers and they are pretty cheap.

Further, I would recommend exchanging the glyph necklace with the amulet of Itzl, just because it's way better against cannon etc. and gives you a much more likely first save against hateful crap that just says one shot pew pew LOL.

I like the list, but i think there are some things that you need to change.

First of all, a unit of terradon riders! Really, i still don't get why a lizardmen player should go to war without them... They are, as our skinks skirmishers, our only "must be on our list" unit.

More skinks skirmishers... at least 2 more units...

I wouldn't use the carnosaur in a tournament... too expensive for what it really is... only WS 3, movement 7, poor armor save, frenzied when making a wound... i don't like the carnosaur for a tournament, i prefer a cold one, same movement, same WS, and in addition, it gives our old blood an armor save of -1 (great!)

I like everything else, but i wouldn't use the champions in the saurus

Ive just got a few suggestions, if I may.
-A skink priest on foot without a cloak of feathers is a waste. Imo more than one Skink Priest (on an EotGODS) is also a waste. The Engine of the Gods priest gives you the best scroll caddy in the game. Unless you are going a magic heavy slann army (and sometimes, even if) , a second one is often just crutch and a waste of points that could be real units. Heavens magic is poo-pants. Basically.
-Saurus Cavalry are just bad. Stupidity (even with cold blooded) will always, always strike at the worst possible time, and can often straight up lose you games.
-Saurus warriors with spears are much more effective in ranks six wide. Units of 18 (ranked 6x3) are really pimpstick. This is because nowadays 5 is the minimum rank width for your opponent, and because chargers MUST put the most amount of figures possible into combat when they charge.
-Razordons are good as well as salamanders, better depending on what army you are fighting against. Fast cavalry are a much used unit type in Warhammer nowadays (and can fetch quite a few victory points if you wipe out a unit as they are often quite expensive to make up for the fact they are hax). Razordons bone fast cav in the ass. Go to a few tournaments. If fast cav are an issue, consider tagging out for some razordons.
-You may want 1-2 more units of skinks (at least). They are the bread and butter of your army. Yes, they die in droves but they are good for drawing fire, attention and magic missiles away from the things in your army that are ACTUALLY important. as well as getting up there and march blocking people. Chameleons are leet simply because they march block people. and you can get a unit for like 60 points or something dumb). And they're all googley-eyed. Which is hot.

For the army above, drop the diadem and a dispel scroll to give the skink on foot a cloak of feathers and loosen up a few more points. Make the units of saurus 18 strong. Should be about it. You can even drop another dispel scroll to free up a few more points. Fyi, generally its safe to take no dispel scroll when you have more than one mage. Remember not everyone you fight against will have any magic more than a simple scroll caddy. Up to you though homes.

Additional* -- Carnosaurs are classy. Big ups bro. Also they provide a second terror causer to your army. They are kinda crap though. Don't expect them to end worlds. An oldblood on a cold one WOULD be legitimate, but for one problem. If you want him to join a unit, which you often may, he has to join the crappy (still stupid) saurus cav, or move real slow and look dumb in a unit of Saurus.

Additional** -- Terradons are really really good. Cheesy and sad and over-done and un-classy, but really good. I don't take em by dint of them being spam and lame, but most hard tourney armies would have a unit.

Additional*** -- Blowpipe Stegadons are crap on a stick, covered in crap. Bolt throwers bro, bolt throwers....
