Let's check the comp score: -67, could flux a little based on what lore you take. What lore are you going to take? -13 -11 -12 -13 each, so -26. -8 -6 -21 -8 for the first, -20 for the 2nd; -28 for both. We have: Lords: -67 Heroes: -36 Core: -26 Specials: -35 Rares: -28 Total: -192 Comp: 300-192 = 108/10 = Swede Score of 10.8 You're a long way from the target. If you want to get to 15.9 you're going to need some major changes. For starters, plan on more core. It's just really tough to hit high comp scores with near minimum core, because everything outside of core pays more per point for comp. Some little things will help too. Drop 1 skink out of each cohort reduces the krox comp by 1 each. Saves you 6 points. Combine the Salamanders into a pack of 2, it's -18 instead of -28. Those changes bring you up to 12.8 I don't know how you feel about special characters, but Tetto is a good deal in the Swedish Comp. He's 27 comp cheaper then the slaan; (17 cheaper once you shift the BSB to a saurus).
Might want to double check the chameleon comp, I got -3 (blowpipes, one unit, over 7) That puts him at a low 13 by taking 24x3 skrox and 1x2 sallies. To make 16 you could drop the cowboys and use the cavalry as chaff clearers and flankers. A new version was launched 5 days ago.

Well, if you could skip the slann you can also make a solid list with dual carnosaur! Terrorbomb will often suprise your enemies! Even lizardmen with no slann will suprise, but could be very solid! You have to play on high speed, carnosaurs, skinks, terradons, rippers, stegadons!
My bad, I totally read chameleons wrong. At only -2 for 7, and -3 for another unit of 7, I'd consider 2 units. 182 points of poison skirmishers for -5 is pretty good. Dual Carnies might be worth looking at, Swedish comp hits warmachines pretty hard. Edit: Looking at the comp and the carnisaurs, I would totally go that route. You can get ~900 points worth of beat sticks at a -23 comp. It's one of the most favorable purchases lizardmen can make. -Matt
Chameleons follow the skirmisher point schedule, and then charge you one per model above 7 in the army. Two units if 6 would net to -10, which isn't bad (specifically because he isn't taking core skirmishers, Swedish hates the cloud).
