8th Ed. 2400 skink and steg list

    what do you think of this for an all comers list?

    Combat - it has 2 combat characters and 4 stegadons
    Shooting - masses of poison javs plus 3 great bows for pinging monsters
    magic - strong defence but average to weak offense.
    Leadership - if the general is nearby then am good other wise may not be good...
    1+ armour - the stegs will ping things and in combat they may grind stuff down but not a good idea. The 2 characters are S7 so 1+ becomes a 5+. I can live with that.
    Warmachine hunting - the 2 chammie units may assist but vs a good oppo may not.

    GW, 4+ ward talisman, light armour, ench shield, cold one, bsb

    Skink priest
    cube, L2 - beasts

    any thoughts?

    Anyone? I'm thinking of doing an all-skink list and would like to see some feedback.

    You give up a lot without a lvl 4 but two scrolls helps a fair bit. Without a slann to suck all the dice a bastiladon is great to 6 the laser cannon at. Also some CoC would do wonders to give your general and bsb some cover.

    Enchanted shield semi wasted because of of gw. Dragon helm gets you to a 1+ and a good ward vs flaming attacks ie searing doom.
