8th Ed. 2500 League Lizzies - Critique please! (update 8/27)

    Hi everyone! This is my new list I am thinking of using. Any suggestions or changes will be much appreciated! What do you guys think?

    List changes:
    -Added 2x Scar Vets - to make my Saurus block stubborn and the other for hunting WM, Monsters, Flank protection. They are so cheap for what they do...IMO it's worth it.
    -Split up the Chameleon Skinks - more targets for the opponent to deal with. Instead of shooting a block of archers/gunmen at a squad of 7 and taking them all out, now he only get's 5 and has to deal with 5 blocks of them.
    -Increased the block of Saurus and Decreased the TG block for points - Saurus block is going to be Stubborn. Going to need to take them out now till the very last person. TG block of 20 seems large enough already to handle themselves. Especially if I buff it out. Would like them at 26 but I will start tests at 20.

    Its pretty solid.

    What do you plan on doing with the 10 skinks? If you want a roadbump I would dump them and the champ from the saurus and get another block of skirmishers. 10 of them are worth more than 10 regular skinks.

    Also I would try and squeeze a scar vet in. They are just wonderfully killy.

    And you could use a muso on the two big blocks. Swift reform and +1 to combat res in a tie. A muso won me a combat against an abomination just the other night.

    Updated the list. Changes listed on top of OP.

    I think this setup without the Steg and adding Scar Vets will make the list much more versatile and have less of an Achilles heel to certain armies.

    Would love to hear what you guys think!

    if you check the BRB you'll note that you can only take a maximum of 3 identical special units. Ie: You can only take 3 units of chams not 5.

    I run 3 units of 6. They Devastate.

    Also I find with the TG it's a toss up between razor standard and flaming. -3 to armor save can really ruin someone's heavily armored expensive units day.

    What Lore are you planning on running? I'd hope lore of life otherwise your going to pop 1000 points of models with a miscast.
