What are you going to be using that third Scar Vet for? Also curious about the lack of dawnstone. Might be worth messing with the armor of fortune scar vet and getting a 1+ rerollable going on. Other then that looks pretty standard tournament lizardmen. What lore on the slann? death? if you are going with death it might be worth dropping third scar vet for a second priest. More channel attempts, more spells to use dice on, more priests to pew pew through. Worth a thought.
Hm. I like it then. It still might be worth it to figure out a way to get a 1+ rerollable on one of the cold ones.
It seems to me like you don't have much in the way of warmachine hunters. Granted I know nothing about the tournament scene, is that not much of an issue?
I think its going to be an issue.... I just got one box of terradons that I havent put together yet.... Great point! It's today.. Lets see what Happens
Yes. Exactly. Terradons are for killing chaff with rocks and redirecting. Chamo skinks are some of the best war machine hunters in the entire game. If you need war machine hunters look no further.
Well my first tounament... Game 1 vs Daemons Lost 9-11 Game 2 vs Empire Won 14 -6 Game 3 vs Empire Lost 9-11 The rerollable armour save wasnt an issue in these games. My biggest problem was game 2-3 first turn of the game i lot the old blood to a cannon ball. My cowboys did well, I only lost them to cannon balls. The third game he played three big blocks some archer detachments and cannons behind. He used a flank denial tactic. Game three he pretty much sat in the corner and shoot at me, why i tried to close the gap without getting blasted, which was probrably a good strategy for him. Had a great time and learned a lot. Thanks for the advice!
