So, Ive come up with a list to counter a warmachine heavy list: Lord: Slann Mage-priest: Focus of Mystery: Lore of Shadow The Focused Rumination Higher State of Consciousness Cupped Hands of the Old Ones Divine Plaque of Protection Hero's: Saurus Scar-Veteran BSB: Sun Standard of Chotec Light Armour Shield Great Weapon Saurus Scar-Veteran Dragonbane Gem Ironcurse Icon Armour of Fortune Shield Great Weapon Skink Priest, lvl 2 Cloak of Feathers Plaque of tepok Skink Priest, lvl2 Power Scroll Core: 2 x 23 Saurus Warriors + spears + full command 3 x 10 Skink Skirmishers Special: 2 x 3 Terradon Rider (one unit has a Brave) 2 x 6 Chameleon Skink Rare: 2 x 2 Salamander with each Salamander having an extra handler This should be exactly 2500 points. The reason for the Brave in the Terradon group is it made sure my list hit the exact 2500 mark. I'm planning to use the Slann to force iniative tests on his warmachines (which autofail-> dead warmachine). All dwarves have a pretty low initiative anyways so its probably an effective lore against them. Unless it all gets dispelled. I'm hoping to roll a 5 when generating spells for the skink with the power scroll so i can chuck a bunch of dice at it and cast an IF boosted version of the comet. Each block of Saurus warriors has a Scarveteran. Any thoughts on this list? Thanks for reading!
i like the list, i have yet to use terradons myself but from what i read they be great against dwarven gun line. please take a look at my list vs chaos just below yours and let me know what you think. I think you are right not to take any of the larger monsters against dwarves, stegs and cornosaur would just be chewed up by canon fire
Good list. The only thing that you should be aware of is that the Anvil of Doom(I think that is what it is called) will shut down your terradons completely (no flying while it is active or something).
