    6 Chameleon Skinks

    3 Terradons

    1 Salamander Hunting Packs

    1 Salamander Hunting Packs

The main idea of this army is to face the fight head on supported by som ridicolous thunderstomp (awesome).

The salamanders will mainly be used to decrease the number of enemies before the saurus block pound into them.

The chameleon skinks, I´ve recently learned, are quite useful and will most likely take on the same role as the salamanders.

The skinks... well, they´re a bit back and forth, their purpose is to flank, but most times they´re dead before they reach all the way around. They

The terradons, are going for crew, nothin special about that...

The saurus will fight, like they are good at, mostly in 6x5 rank, since they´re not worth to be 10 wide mainly because they still only fight in 3 ranks...

the animals will aid in combat, most likely jumping in later in a fight to support, the ancient steg is in the middle because i once got a purple sun across my saurus blocks . . . :beaver:

Any comments would be appreciated! :D

Heh, I was going to comment on this one and then got distracted by "work." :D

I think the list is pretty good, but if it were me, I'd want to have two (or more!) Kroxigor in those skink units.

I feel that's pretty important, and I'd drop the terradons to make that work.

Cool list, looks alot like what I've put together myself - As I'm playing right in your face like it sounds liek you're doing.

I've geared my Lord abit different, so he is able to take down harder targets. I'm not playing with a scar vet as a hero choice as I don't think the BSB is needed when already rolling 3d6 on tests. Instead i got a lvl 1 priest on foot with a dispell scroll and cloak of feathers so I got a 2nd chance to dispell if my lvl 2 priest in the EOTG should fail - Which is by the way equipped like yours.

I've tried to play with 6 Kroxigors in one unit but, havn't killed anything with them as my opponents has slaugtered them quickly. Now im trying with 2 units of 16 skinks incl. banner, musician and 2 kroxigors.

I like the Camos for the abillity to stay behind my army so I got something to bother flyers who like to go in my back. 2x 6.

Terradons are always good for a varity of reasons im sure you already know.

I play with 2x24 sauruser incl banner and musician.

No salamanders for me in this list, but a regular steg instead.

hope this is of any use. :)

Really great tips both of you

    @ Vilicate
But Terradons are so good :( ... besides, i´ve never felt a need for a second kroxigor. ONce, (although in previous edition and absoloutly irrelvent) a block of enemy saurus turn their flank to this unit thinking "meh, what can a bunch of skinks do", the only got one saurus to strike back, and subsequently fled, u should have seen his face when my 105p beat up his 300+ ;)

    @dinesen
Fun to see someone who plays like I do ;) it doesn´t involve too much overthinking, especially not since movement is to simple in this edition.
I´ve seriously considered gearing my oldblood with +3 attacks instead, and just 5+ ward save, cause usually he hunt units for me now and besides, this gives him a good options
I´ll consider skipping the scarveteran, but I most likely will not exchange with a flying priest( but it would be good for the sake of the dispel scroll...) , the engine priest I´m so glad I´ve found the dwanstone cause, previously it has always been one unlucky save and he´s gone, the diadem I just feel is compulsory as I most likely not will use all my power dice, I´d rather try and dispel.
The camo´s´I´ve never tried, but I hear they are good agaisnt wm crew with poison and all ;)
I am going to diminish my Saurus blocks (mostly because I don´t have enough models) and try to squeeze in a stegadon instead beacause thunderstomp is awesome ;) maybe tha means I have to skip my sallies :(

Thanks for all the tips, they have been really helpful! But more of them would till not be unwelcomed! :D
