Looks good to me I had some comments though Without a slann to dispel your'd want to bring the cube of darkness to shut down a big phase or at least a dispel scroll. Also without the slann in it I find temple guard way overpriced for what amounts to +1 Str -1 save and a bit of WS. If you need the fire attacks you have the burning blade and the two salamanders. The points saved on the TG gives you another bigger block of saurus. Lastly I'd cut one skirmishers and get another pack of chamo skinks

The whole character likely. Dagger of sotek is kinda cool for the lucky hero kill every now any then but is far from reliable.
I'm also searching for a Slann atm, to exchange the carnosaur. Is there something els i should change if I change the eadership in my army? drop the priests? more TGs?

Looks pretty good, I can't remeber if the blood statue is an arcane item but if not you should take a dispel scroll And your champion in the TG can take a magic item so for 5 points you can have an Iron Curse Ward (6+ ward vs war machines) is worth it. To squeeze a couple points out you can drop the champ and standard in the Skrox unit (extra attack never helps, and you gonna be stubborn so the +1 combat res not as important) and the cold one banner if needed.
May I ask you why it matters if its an arcane item ore not? I squeezed the ironcurse icon in, nice tip! The banner and the champ in the skrox unit stays. I don't have the banner to keep them from breaking, I have it to have a better chance of breaking the enemy. And the champion the redirect challenges from my priest and prevent the "slaughter"-effect of a dangerous enemy character. I.e: a unit with a combat character charges me, the character alone kills one of my ranks, I'll probably lose combat and even stubbornness due ti this. alt. a unit with a character charges me, I shout "Challenge!" and the enemy character murders my champion, gets all the overkill-points, but i wont lose ranks and not the stubbornness! yay!
You might want to try this build with your scarvet instead of your current one: Scar-Vet Gambler's armor Great Weapon Venom of the FireFly Frog Cold One I do believe it is a bit cheaper or close to the same price but I believe you will get better results from your hero with this. You'll strike last most of the time anyway, so you can't go wrong with the great weapon. And a 6+ ward if can come in handy. 5 S7 poisoned magical attacks can be nasty too.
