    Hey guys, I've got a wee tournament coming up, and I'm thinking of running this list:

    to a tourny?
    thats almost 80 skirmishing models to move a turn......
    otherwise i like. i would be temped to slip in a chief on terradon to help out the flyers

    Nice list, but for once I'd say too many skirmishers (and I LOVE skirmishers). You have 10 disposable units all worth less than 100 points but only 3 combat units and half the time I'd be reluctant to charge in a priest until later as they're often more valuable alive. Keep the terradons because they're amazing, but drop two or three skirmishers and a slamander for something combatty like 4 krox or a unit of cold ones, a couple of units of 12 saurus or an ancient steg (most efficient choice by far but also the most nasty as you'll have four high T high W terror causing point sinks).

    6 units of skinks could work well but you'd have to advance them quickly so that you have lots of space to fall back on when you flee them. I played a game with 3 sets of skirmishers, a sala and a unit of terradons (battle report in my army list thread in my sig :D plugged) and I found that even with 1.5k on a 6 by 4 board they did get in each others way. This especially will be a problem if the enemy forces combat to happen on one side of the board. Having surplus skirmishers allows for movement control, but

    Another handler is advised for any salamander packs otherwise one dead skink means a panic test.

    Venom of the firefly frog has no effect on magical weapons. A dispel scroll would be nice if you make any changes and have 25 points spare.

    Man your comp score is gonna be in the shitter so bad. The last comp score system I met would have just banned that list straight out.

    Really? I know Slaan + 2 EOTG gets banned in most tourneys, but I thought Carno + 2 ETOG gets through.
    Anyways, check the first post for edits.

    With only the one Priest, I would make him go more magic defense then offense. The Diadem and a Scroll instead of Tepok. With only one caster you will never get any spells off anyway.

    Also, I personally prefer the Revered Tzunki + Glyph Necklace on the Oldblood if you can make it fit. I know you have the 5+ ward from the Engine against shooting, but the Oldblood is very susceptible to Killing Blow, and the Necklace at least gives him a chance against that.

    Other then that, the list seems pretty nasty. Lots of rocks to be dropped.
