Wondering what you thinking with a Sword of Might on your carno lord.. IMO I think something like the sword of the Hornet could be as good(thinking of you could get charged by flankers or other nasty suprises)

I would maybe drop the single salamander and add in some extra saurus spears to get your ranks up a bit( something like a group of 15..)

Otherwise, I think this list could do well. :)

I would also increase the CoK unit. If you use cavalry as heavy, and line breaking (as you are with command and the warbanner) you need to be able to absorb a few casualties and still hit very hard. Cavalry are tough, but a 2+ AS isn't invincible, there are a lot of things that can break it with ease and a lot of things with massed fire that will whittle it down. And a big scary unit of knights is a high priority target.

6 would be minimum for your unit, maybe even go with 7 or 8. Any beyond 6 sit in a second rank and do nothing but add numbers for combat res or die letting your unit still hit at full power. It is well worth it, 5 are just to easy to kill 2 of and leave the unit mostly useless.

    Thanks for the replies guys!

@ aparach: My thoughts were that i would have a str6 hitting lord. nothing more then that.... Maybe SotH is a good replacement for it, although str 5 for a lord is not that great imho....

--> The second Sallie is there pure for extra harrassement on a flank. I choose to play two units (1x 1 and 1x 2) instead of one, sow i would gain an unit with deployment.....

It could be a good idea to drop the single sallie for some SW (and an extra SCOR) , so they can take some casualies and still be hard as nails.

@ Strewart: Good idea. If i drop the singleton sallie i could buy one extra. That with the Scar-vet make it a nasty unit. And even more so, it will make the opponent choose between with shooting...I then have 4 viable targets (2 stegs a carnielord and this unit)

Maybe i can take a the war spear and give the chief the war drum of xahutec. Everybody and his grandmother will expect the lance (why call it a "war-spear" for crying out loud) on the steg.

hmmmm options.....i will post my altered list later.......
