You haven't met minimum core requirements yet. The 20 skirmishers also kinda confuses me, seems quite large for their uses. Might be better to split them up into 10's. You've also shorted yourself a good chunk of points, why not pop in a stnd bearer or another jungle swarm? Maybe Lvl 2 for your priest? Might as well use the points, could help at some point
Are you saying the comp provides a 700 pts for 3K rule, or that 700x 4 is 3000? 750 is the required pt amount by normal standards, and skinks ranked 10 x 2 is gonna fill more than blocks of saurus warriors, almost negating their purpose already there. They'll fill the entire table length and will be very cumbersome to move around. The added manpower will do nothing to prevent them from being slaughtered as they ignore ranks and is inevitably gonna be a curse more than a charm. Units of 13 might do, 15 is stretching it, 17 is a lot, 19 is absurd. You're using skirmishers in amount ranked units are normally used, that is usually a bad idea. I won't sau 100% it won't work, but i'm going to assume it won't, and i'd say switching to units of 13, or 15 if you want large units! and then going for skink cohorts might be a better bet.
