This is going to end up pretty unbalanced. Its pretty cheesy with tons of magic users and near minimal core choices for infantry, but what you really should be worried about is the fact you only have one melee character. You're not going to have much to combat an army list with a few heavy hitters for lords/heroes. Sure you can absoluetely dominate the magic phase, but with that many dice getting thrown around you're going to be miscasting alot. When you think about it, you're really just one miscast away from shutting down your own magic phase with alot of dice left sitting around useless. That being said, the becalming cogitation and focus of mystery is kinda a waste on the slann. You're already going to have a massive number of dispel dice, so making your opponent discard 6's isn't going to do that much besides get rid of the occasional irrisistible force spell, and he already knows 4 spells, so mystery tends to come off as kinda useless regardless (though that is certainly open to opinion). If you're going to take that many slann, i think a better choice would be Focused Rumination and soul of stone. That way, you make your loads of power dice last that much longer, and you can re-roll your miscasts if it comes up with a magic-phase killing result. Then again, you still have to worry about one of your skink priests botching up the whole thing for everyone.
Not to metion that each unit of temple guard may only house 1 slann maximum. So you will have three (or two if you split that group in half) just out there hanging by themselves... Army book pg 47.
I'd remove a Slann, take an Oldblood on Carnosaur. I also feel like you have few units at this point level. With the amount of skink priests you have, you could have 1 or 2 Slann and still dominate magic. It would free over 800 points to bring the Oldblood and possibly either bolster your existing units or get another block.
