Hey guys, started writing a list and it turned out really odd, but it looks like it could work! Let me know what you think! Slann mage priest +Focus of mystery +The focused rumination +Higher state of consciousness +Unfathomable presence +Cupped hands of the old ones Skink priest on an ancient stegadon with engine of the gods +lvl2 +dispel scroll 32 skinks + 4 kroxigors +Full command 32 skinks + 4 kroxigors +Full command 2 Salamanders +Extra handler 2 Salamanders +Extra handler The general idea was the slann to have the lore of metal, decimating siege engines and high armour units. The large blocks of skinigors will anialate smaller units as they are hordes and the salamanders will guard my flanks. The engine can either destroy the weaker units, protect the hordes of bolster my metal casting dependant on situation. on and there's also a skink priest to cast some heavenly goodness what do you guys recon? too many eggs in too few baskets? I see very little weaknesses... but for that you always need an outide eye
Slann is not BSB makes all your play very risky but maybe you dont need it if your playing tight. He doesnt get a look out sir from skink krox I believe so you will get ruined by dwarf cannons. The reason 2 units of skink krox doesnt work is because Skrox only work when they can choose there combats wisely. Skinks are VERY easy combat res and against anything that is half decent in combat they will grind you out via skinks until your not steadfast. Think of skinks as just a harbour to get your krox to do the damage where they are needed, they are NOT horde killers or general infantry killers, Str 6 is overkill for that. So you basically have a lot of high toughness killing machines on the table but nothing to deal with the other 75% of an opponents army.
