Hi! Some friends and I try to get together and play every sunday, and this sunday is no different. We're not playing competative, it's a very friendly evironment. I want to try out Tetto'eko, simply because I want more magic in my low point games. So now I ask you guys to help me build a decent 750p list with him. So far I've come up with: Heroes: Tetto'eko Core: 15 Saurus Warriors 10 Skink Skirmishers 10 Skink Skirmishers 11 Skink Cohorts Special: 3 Ripperdactyl Riders Rare: Salamander Hunting Pack w/ extra snack This ends up on 749p. Cohorts for Tetto'eko bunker and saurus to act as a small speed bump so my rippers can get a decent charge. I feel like with this list I could outmanoeuvre my opponents and "annoy" them to death, with two skirmish units, rippers, a salamander, and a lot of good vanguard targets for Tetto'eko's special rule. I had to cut the size of the saurus unit alot though, I'm not sure 15 could hold it properly. Oh, and it's worth noting that I play against OnG, Dark Elves and Skaven, so the salamander should work wonders. Thoughts? PS. I had 6p over so I increased the cohorts from 10 to 11.
I agree, the Saurus look a little small. But then again, this is only a 750 point game, so the opposition can't be too horrendous. Just do your best to keep the Saurus and the Rippers working together. The Skirmishers should be able to soften most things up a little bit. My only concern would be that you don't have anything to deal with heavy hitters. The Rippers should be able to take some of that responsibility but then the Saurus are left vulnerable. It'll be a little challenging, but it should work! Let us know how it goes. Thankfully the point limit means you wont have to worry about an HPA, haha.
Thanks for the input, it went good! I managed to get off good comets almost every game, while buffing and debuffing the lines, I really liked Tetto'eko!
