    I think you probably still need the minimum of 3 units for your one list.

    I would suggest having a saurus character in there somewhere to get that leadership up. From bitter experience I can also recommend a bsb, but that does make your options quite limited at these points. This should give you some options:

    803 points:
    + Heroes (190pts) +
    -Sarus Scar-Veteran [Light Armour, Shield]
    -Skink Priest [To a Level 2 Wizard]

    + Core (273pts) +
    -Saurus Warriors [Musician, 16x Saurus Warrior, Standard Bearer]
    -Skink Skirmishers [11x Skink Skirmisher]

    + Special (340pts) +
    -Bastiladon [Solar Engine]
    -Jungle Swarm [2x Jungle Swarm]
    -Ripperdactyl Riders [3x Ripperdactyl Rider]

    It doesn't have a can opener to deal with the steam tank, but a lucky shot from the solar engine and lots of poison attacks might see you through. Swarms don't get a lot of love, but at these points, a jungle swarm is actually decent in the chaff war, it doesn't care about the lack of BSB or a slann general, and it is my experience that area control is nice at low points. the rippers are for taking easy points from wizards hiding in archers bunkers, or just being a general threat.

    I imagine the priest going with the skirmishers, and taking beasts. if you get amber spear, then that is an excellent tank killer :)
