Well all, I'm writing a book.

Many of you know that I assisted in the historical research and development of the Wargames Atlantic Aztec warriors plastic kit.

What I'm currently working on right now is a book that will bring together and expand upon research to give an overview on the Aztec military, the various warrior orders and how they would be represented in terms of color and equipment, and their weaponry. There will be a small section towards the end of the book dedicated to suggestions related to gaming.

I have also bought an extra two boxes of Aztecs, which means 60 more models in addition to least 20 that I have work in progress to some stage, to hopefully make it so that I have painted examples of each warrior order, even if not each as a full unit.

It's not going to be a large book, I'm only planning for it to be somewhere around 50 to 60 pages, but I will hoping that it will be successful. At the very least, it's another credit on my CV

This blog is going to encapsulate the painting progress on these aztecs, which will be starting in the next week or two.

I'd also happily take suggestions for decent quality cameras and ideas for photo backdrops.

I already have someone who I am liasing with for assistance with publishing and manufacturing.
