I just posted this idea on druchii.net (I know, revealing secrets to our enemies!) and don't think I've seen it here, so here it goes. For 3k I look forward to trying this amusing build: Oldblood Hide of the Cold Ones Charm of the Jaguar Warrior Sword of the Hornet (Shield) (if caught in the open against shooting, or if bears anger wears off) In 3k with a Slann running lore of beasts the Bear's Anger then provides you with a stupid yet T7 W3 AS2+ fear causing animal with 8 WS6 S7 attacks that are ASF (hornet provides ASF "to the bearer"). He'd be a mini ASF dragon, although 3A, 2S, and 1T as well as his 20" charge would be dispellable. He'd be seriously unexpected - great for flying into a unit of hard knights or something with little CR but high value. If the army going with this has a couple of stegs and the enemy has at least one cavalry/monster, beasts shouldn't be a huge set-back in efficiency.
So long as your opponent is cool with the ASF trick... I could imagine people saying you can't benefit from the ASF while you have Bear's Anger on you, since you can't "use" the weapon while under the spell (though obviously you still have the weapon somewhere on your person). What is the call on bound items on a character that has gone stupid? Can OB still use the Jag Charm on a turn he goes stupid? Hmm. Take a flying skink priest if you're going to be playing with Beast Lore, since it has 2 magic missiles.
ASF doesn't matter, it would be handy for when bears is down anyway. The ASF weapon is just really vaguely worded.
