From reading the rules, and playing someone using Steg Senior..... You no longer need to have a skink priest on the steg to use Engine of the Gods You can use ALL 3 of the special rules at any point Engine of the Gods just got REAL
While you can use all 3, 2 out of 3 effects changed. Ward save is 6+ at half range, but against everything. The bubble hit is 4D6", instead of 2D6, but it a bound spell and you get armor saves. It does cost less points though. -Matt
