    Another 2k list up for revision, any comments or changes you can think of would be appreciated!

    My friend got me a box of Saurus warriors instead of TG, So I converted them using bits from the TG sprew from the battalion. Also I still only have 1 salamander, so I'm writing lists for just the one at the moment.

    So, thats my list, let me know what you think.

    That looks like a decent list to me.......

    Maybe you could drop the skinks.....(When i played with those it was just giving the opponent 70 pts. they drop like flies with clipped wings....) and fill out the saurusunits to 24 or something.....

    then again, you could use the points as wel voor a unit of terradons (not that great, but still oke...) or some magic equipment on your TG SB.

    Where do you put the Skink priest to keep 'm safe from harm?

    Lizzies - 1 Ogre Kingdoms - 0

    I was taken aback by the challenge of my ogre friend, wasnt expecting him to show up. So it was a tough test for the lizzards.

    Really worked well though. I took lore of light, thought I would try it after not using it for a while and it worked!

    Saurus unit took out 8 bulls themselves. Losing only 7 of their kin. The second unit were put way out, due to the way he set up after me, so combat with them was non existent.

    Salamnder was poor this game, not doing very well, just 2 kills in 5 turns of shooting :/

    Skink unit beautifully tied up scrag the slaughtermaster. Making sure he couldnt tear through a bigger unit and gain his buffs too quickly.

    I kept my skink priest behind a skink unit and next to my stegadon, pretty well protected.

    My temple guard unit were fantastic! 5 wide with briona's timewarp, got the charge on the ironguts and bruiser (who was the BSB) and bopped them hard, killing all 12 of them in 2 turns. Losing 10 temple guard after being flanked by silly little gnoblars that actually did some damage in the process.

    Stegadon did well too, Shooting at the Gorgers that came in in turn 3 and totally wreaking havoc on them.

    Camo skinks only managed to kill a unit of 4 lead belchers. Good enough for me.

    This list felt strong, Although I am disappointed my second Saurus Warrior unit never did a thing, though the terrain meant a long walk around to get back in, never made it in time :)

    I really liked this list, although it was light on magic items, I had to throw a miscast away. Scrag was out of range to suffer it but it saved my TG from a small blast template on them.


    Loved this list, very very strong. Though I do miss my terradons. But I felt that using the skinks as more shots and good flank protection, Plus stand and shoot, I feel, is more useful thank drop rocks.
