i have not used an old blood yet. i seen ppl using blade of realities which is cool.
but what does everyone think is the best build for the different roles they can play.

what about BBoC with Hide of cold one, wardrum, shield, carnosaur?

another one that crossed my mind. is Carnosaur oldblood, hide of cold one, amulet itzl and firefly venom and a halberd.?

what some of everyones favorite builds?> and what results have they had?

    Hey,

I go with Revered Blade of Tzunki and Glyph Necklace. Of course the other items are shield, light armour, and a Carnosaur. This gives him a 2+ armour save and 5+ ward save with a very effective strength of 6 and 5 attacks. Remember there's no save allowed from the Blade of Tzunki so he can eat through a lot of tough units. Throw in the Carnosaurs 4 S7 attacks and you have a combined 9 attacks... until he inflicts a wound then you have 11... He can wreak some serious havoc once he gets into combat...

Anyways, this is the build I use and it gets me pretty good results. Your opponents may frown on the no save weapon but this is the only magic items I use in my army so he is pretty much the only tooled up character I have. It's whatever you want to go with. IMO, I'd stay away from the Hide of the Cold Ones... T6 is nice but becoming Stupid is a serious downside... Just my 2 cents... good luck man!

sadly hide of the cold one is model on foot only

i've yet to try anything more than scimitar of the sun and maiming shield. blade of revered tzunki sounds worth a try.
