That is 2 kinds of illegal 1. The dispel scroll is no longer duplicateable, just like all other magical items its a one per army thing. 2. A character can only have one arcane item on him, so no Hands and scroll.
Instead of giving your revered temple guard swrod of hornet, give him terrifying mask of eee! so they cause terror. Just my opinion.
I'm not to worried about terror causing units I would love to get a underdog challenge win which is why he has the sword of hornets. Sorry I didn't know you couldn't also have dispell scrolls always thought they where common which allows you to have them and other items.
