I have some questions about how shooting and magic afects mounted characters. Here they are: 1. Are mouunts ( coldones & carnosaurs) affected by wild form and savage beast of horros? 2. When a canonball hits a carnosaur do you randomize or does it hit both the oldblood/scarvet and the carnosaur? 3. If you have a charmed shield and you are in a carnosaur and get hit by a canonball can you dicard it? Thanks!
Re: Are mouunts ( coldones & carnosaurs) affected by wild fo 1: yes, wyssans for sure. Savage beast I'm not sure, there has been some debate about that. But it does say "the model get..." 2: both are hit. 3: Yes, but only for the hit on the old blood/scar-vet. car no still gets hit.
Re: Are mouunts ( coldones & carnosaurs) affected by wild fo I have seen in the BRB that template atack hit both bot I dont see how te cannon ball hits both of them, could you please further explain to me how it works, or refer me to a page? Thanks a lot.
Re: Are mouunts ( coldones & carnosaurs) affected by wild fo The canon is treated as if it's a template. can't remember if it's in the brb or the errata/FAQ.
Re: Are mouunts ( coldones & carnosaurs) affected by wild fo Yeah, it's in the BRB "The bounce of the cannonball is treated exactly like a special kind of template"
Re: Are mouunts ( coldones & carnosaurs) affected by wild fo Thats my main issue with cannons, it should be randomised like other shooting attacks, 1-4 monster, 5-6 rider ;_;
Re: Are mouunts ( coldones & carnosaurs) affected by wild fo Thanks everithing clear know! Even though it kinda sucks jajaja
Re: Are mouunts ( coldones & carnosaurs) affected by wild fo On the cannon ball thing if it hits you base on the first roll and then does NOT bounce its treated as a single hit so randomise. If it bounces on or over your base then it hits both. I hate cannons it makes so many 250+pt monsters a waste of points.
