AoS Army Creation

Hi I am pretty new to Seraphon. This is my current army list.

Old Blood on Carnasaur
2 Skin priest
20 skink blowpipes
20 skink javelins
3 ripperdactyls
5 cold ones
30 saurus warriors

Is there any tips for what i should ideally get next. I want to focus mostly on skinks as i love the theme.

Welcome aboard,

Build towards a Shadowstrike list so you will require more skinks and Ripperdactyls and get some Razordons.

Your Skinks all need the same weapons in any given unit so build another 20 with blowpipes.

Below is a 1k list that @LizardWizard uses and he is pretty much undefeated.

- Command Trait : Master of Star Rituals
- Artefact : Gryph-feather Charm

UNITS:
6 x Ripperdactyl Riders (280)
40 x Skinks (240)
- Boltspitters & Star Bucklers
10 x Skinks (60)
- Meteoric Javelins & Star Bucklers
4 x Razordons (160)

BATTALIONS:
Shadowstrike Starhost (180)

TOTAL: 1000/1000
EXTRA COMMAND POINTS: 1
WOUNDS: 84

Here is also a list of units you should look to collect that aren't part of the fore mentioned Shadowstrike Starhost:

• Slann Starmaster
• Saurus Astrolith Bearer
• Steggadon (can be built to switch between multiple load outs)
• Bastiladon x2

These units are pretty common place in most Seraphon Armies. If you find that you are enjoying Shadowstrike, but are rightfully getting board of two turn matches, then I recommend looking into the Thunderquake Starhost for 2k MPP games.

Once you are playing at 2k MPP then it is worth switching to the Realm of Ulgu or Shyish. Ghur happends to have one of the best durability artifacts atm though.
