I'm fairly certain, but just wanted to confirm... AoBR doesn't come with any terrain pieces does it? I'm considering buying it, since I'm getting back into 40k, and there is no doubt its a good value set.... However, I already have a ton of marines and I am never likely to want to run an ork army. The main thing I am after is the rulebook, but I can get a copy on ebay for about $30 including postage. This is compared to the $60-70 I would pay for a full set.
