Well, here are my attempts at creating/"improving" model with green stuff. As I said, it's my first time using it, so yeah, I know, can be much better, but I'm just putting these here so people can get ideas for hopefully better realisations.

    (damn these are big thumbnails)

All right first one is the carnosaur. It's always on two legs (well, one), but is often portrayed on all fours in drawings. And since I already have an Oldblood with the normal pose, AND a troglodon with basically the same pose, I decided to make this one one 4 legs, and there you go.
Rocks under each of the front... paw? incased in green stuff, cork for the eath/ water frontier.
And of course green stuff wirsts.

Onto the cold one now. GW sold us Cold ones are Velociraptors. Jurassic Park velociraptors. What we got for this version is an awkward beast with acceptable head, clumsy front arms and "hands", really terrible long legs, and a stupidly short tail. Very, very short tail. Oh, and that previous generation open mouth that they couldn't do right for any race until just a few years ago (carnosaur, and the saurus in the box (oldblood, scar vet) are very good).

SO, what I did was extend the tail, however miserable the result was, still better than the default one (won't add any joke about Mass Effect 3 ending).
I extended the neck, by adding green stuff between the head and the neck sections. A little crest just because.

I extended the mouth so that it opens it much wider, looks a bit less ridiculous.

And more importantly, I tried to gave a raptor look to the arm pose. If you look at Jurassic Park raptors, they usually put their arms in front of them before attacking. I simply tried to reproduce this pose with minimal green stuff.

Oh, and you are right, the model is not finished (need to do the claws and teeth, at least)

A quick look at the salamander, I just extended the neck, made it a bit inflated, like it's storing fire/acid... substance. And change the front arm position.
But let's be honest, this salamander model can hardly be saved, it's really not great looking. It's almost worse than the old dimetrodon salamanders. Almost.

    And finally, Oldblood on foot.
If you buy your carno/start collecting box, whatever you do with the saurus body, you always have bitz of a chest, 2 arms and 2 legs, and a handfull of heads. So the only thing you miss to make another model is the body and tail.
When I made my OldBlood, I used the body of a saurus warrior ( I cut the left leg of course) to make a rather large warrior/scar vet on foot.

But when I made the troglodon with Old blood on foot on the side, I was left with the "riding legs" of a large saurus, plus the sun lance and hand of gold/god. And so in order to make something that would be " not too clumsy looking" I did this: whole body made of green stuff, on a green stuff trunk for the pose.

No scale texture on the green stuff, so I faked it when painting. BTW any advice on texturing green stuff is welcome!

The carnosaur and the oldblood on foot are amazing! Could you please post some pictures of his back? Also, the raptor looks great!

Well there you go. It's not the best I know, but I did it in one go, instead of doing a layer for structure, then a layer for texture and spikes, horns, etc.
