Sergio Calvo rocks my socks. He pays a lot of attention to color theory. My favorite thing is watching him apply "filters" with an airbrush. He will undertone a section with a color that wouldn't make sense, and then highlights the whole area with a thin layer pushed through an air brush that causes a full hue shift.
