A couple of days ago, someone posted that if you take a banner of +1 movement, then you get to roll 3d6 on a skink charge (using the skink cheif as a BSB). That got me to thinking that I would try that with Cold One Cavalry. I looked in the rule book, but I can find no reference to that. I do not think it is legal to do this. Did I overlook the rule? If so, where is it?
