basecoating my army

So I want to use Temple Guard Blue to base all of my saurus warriors and TG, but I dont feel like dropping a large sum of money on a spray gun. Im wondering if anyone knows of any spray paint that can be applied to the models and will achieve a similar color to the Temple Guard Blue.

Check if GW has a blue primer, that'll do the job.

from what i can see on the website, TG blue is a bit of a turquoise-blue, right? that will be tricky to find, because it is such an unusual color. an a more "normal" blue will do, the army painter has "crystal blue" spray.

if you click the little binocular-symbol next to the crystal blue you will see an example of a skink painted with it.

also, i see that TG blue is a layer paint, and that means it is basically useless for anything except layering. if you want a normal paint with better coverage, try P3s turquoise. or coat d'arms.

They spray paint isn't allowed to ship, see if you have a gw store close to you, they could order it in for you.
