with a unit of beasts of nurgle do you roll the number of attacks seperatly (d6) for each one
 
Yes, it's like the giant blowpipes on the ancient stegadon, 4d6 as opposed to 2d6x2
 
And remember second rank models can have max of 3 attacks so best to roll them separately or different colour dice
