Hi, this may just be a very simple question to answer, in regards to Birona's TImewarp in the Lore of Light. The spell states the Target's movement is doubled. Does this include the march if the target unit choses to march the following movement phase? Therefore making a skink's march 24"??

I.E. Could I cast the bubble form of Timewarp, have a Salamander within 12" and double it's movement (to 12), allowing said salamander, to march 24"? This would give a salamander's maximum potential effective range to be 42"!!!***

(***So, 24" march, template is 8" plus an additional 10" on the artillery roll, for a total effective range of 42".)

theoretically yes, but by the BRB no.

any characteristic cannot exceed a base value 10. random movements or attacks like 2d6 +3 or something are the exception. But double-ing an M5 critter and an M6 critter have the same result.

Hmm, but the doubled movement can apply to a march? As in, even if the movement profile is capped at 10", a sally under the influence of timewarp could march 20"? Still giving it an extra 8" added to its march?

That is correct, the maximum Movement value is 10 and march is double that.
