8th Ed. Blow Pipes

Hi guys,

I was wondering what special rules apply to blow pipes? I see the box on p49 of the book where it mentiones range, strength and multiple shots but doesn't mention anything else. In the main rule book (i have the small version but I guess the rules are the same I see no mention of blow pipes in the weapon section, but next to the description of quick to fire, there is a picture of a skink with a blow pipe.

Have I missed something or is there something in the rules regarding blow pipes and special rules? I have checked the Lizardmen FAQ and couldn't see anything either?

Blowpipes has no additional rules, only that it has multiple shot x2 and str 3. There's no else. Note that skinks have jungle poison, and poisoned attacks are on the same page. Hence why there's a pic of a skink

You've answered your own question. The rules that apply are the ones listed. Plus poison, from the Jungle poisons rule.

don't forget the -1 to hit if you fire multiple shots!
