In my game over the weekend, I buffed a unit of cohorts (with 2 krox) with Briona's time warp. How does this spell (confers ASF, double movement, +1 attack) affect Kroxigors? The way we played it was that the Kroxigor's great weapon was still striking last (we rolled off for it, because I was not sure which way it would go). I think we did it right, I just want to make sure. The Krox did get the extra attacks.
When something has the asf rule they always strike first no matter how there armed!!! So the kroxes should have gone first and also don't forget if you have asf rule and your initiative is higher than ur enemy's you get to re roll any misses too!!!! Great for the relatively high skink initiative!
Not in 8th unless you're a high elf. If a model has ASF and ASL they strike in ini order (P.66 BRB), so the Krox would use their massive ini of 1 and wouldn't gain the extra attack since monstrous infantry can only add a maximum of 3 supporting attacks (P.81 BRB).
The unit was defending a building, so 10 models were chosen out to fight. My opponent was able to direct attacks against the Kroxigors. So they did get their extra attack, as he stated that ranks did not count when defending a building. We may have played that wrong.
Well that changes things! Make sure you count monstrous infantry as 3 models each (so it would be 2 Krox and 4 skinks) , but they do get their stomp attack and full attacks (including timewarp).
Yea, it was the 2 krox, 2 skinks, a skink brave, and the Skink chief (rerolling his to hit rolls-I10 ftw). I did forget about the stomp attacks though.
Whenever you cast this spell you must say: LEEEEEETS DOOOOOO THE TIIIIIIIIIIIIIME WAAAAAAAAAAAARP AGAIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIN. LEEEEEETS DOOOOOO THE TIIIIIIIIIIIIIME WAAAAAAAAAAAARP AGAIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIN! Then you must shuffle your units to left with their extra movement.
