Am I allowed, for example to make a scar-veteran a BSB then give him a magical banner like the sun standard and put him in a unit that also has a magical banner? such as CoC or temple guards?

Is this stacking not allowed? It seems like it would not be but I cannot find any rules about it.
 
Yeah you can stack different magic banners in the same unit no worries.
 
What's really nice is if you put a BSB (Slann maybe) into a unit with a War Banner. +3 SR...just in banners!
