Should you chose to spend some money then I would recommend some Ripperdactyl Riders.
This isn't the most ideal list simply due to your limited summoning, but it should preform decently well.

Ideally you want to be use your EotG to summon 20 skinks in the first turn or two. Save your Celestial Conjuration Points to bring on your Oldblood Carno. After your skinks are on field you can attempt to heal if needed or aim for mortal wound output with the EotG. Be agressive with the Chameleon Skinks. With luck you will able to snipe a significant number of your opponents support heroes.
Your other strong option would be to build a MinimumSU Saurus Warriors army with Fangs of Sotek for a single drop army. You have a good shot at setting the tempo of the game with 1500 FoS, but you are extremely brittle.
My best advice would be to play at 1k points to allow you greater variation in your ability to summon until you can further build your collection.
