I was trying to find out if a skink priest can join a unit with skinks and kroxigor and I cant find anything about it plz help me?

I cant find anything in the new lizardmen book that they cant join and it doesnt say anything about it in the army book p.87 unique unit either. Have I missed something?

You haven't missed anything. Characters can join skrox units.

I can't see any reason why not, and tetto eko's entry specifically mentions that he can join skink units with Kroxigor in them

The argument from the old book was that characters are "permitted to join units of infantry, beasts, cavalry, monstrous infantry, monstrous beasts or monstrous cavalry" (BRB page 97). Since the FAQ defined a Skink/Krox as unique, some made an argument that characters couldn't join Skrox.

The counter argument is that the next paragraph on page 97 lists the unit types that characters are not allowed to join and it doesn't list unique either.

Personally, I think characters should be able to join Skrox, but it is possible your opponent will disagree.

But I don't believe Skroxigor are Unique in the new book

Agreed.

The only thing that made them "Unique" in the old book was FAQ that no longer exists.
