Hello there! Yesterday, I was with my friend (Nighthaunt) and he charged my Slann, dealing a couple of wounds. In my turn I figured that I could use LoSat to teleport him out of combat. He has a similar ability/spell and in his case, it's specified. By that turn, he already won the match so we were just playing more for fun and for me getting used to the army. For future reference, was my move legal?
Yes Lord space into time does let you teleport out of combat. It's a very useful ability and even ignores locking abilities like the pink Horrors
...and it doesn't count as retreat, so you can still do things that usually are not allowed when you just walk away from combat.
on the same note, you can "lord space etc" after summoning a unit? end of movement phase 1. summon unit 2. teleport unit 3. unit can shoot in the shoot phase?
yes. when they moved the LOSAT to the end of the move phase they made this possible. YOU choose the order of events for stuff that triggers at the same time on your turn
Along the same line, can you use a Slann to call in a reserve unit in Dracilith's Tail, Lord of Time and Space the Slann, and then call in another reserve unit with the same Slann?
You have to summon it all at once I thought or wait till the next turn to summon more. Or is this deep-strike you're talking about?
If all of those abilities happen at "the end of the movement phase" then you, as the controlling player, have absolute control over the order of those abilities.
