8th Ed. Can Skrox units garrison in watchtowers

So ive really been enjoying the other thread on whether or not characters can join Skrox units. that made me think about whether or not they can garrison in a watchtower, particularly for the watchtower scenario. page 127 in BRB talks about what unit types can go into a building, and it does not specify unique units in the list. but since the unit is comprised of infantry and mosntrous infantry, is it then allowed to garrison in a building?

RAW: No they can't. There is a specific list for those who can enter and "Unique" is not on that list. The confusing part of Skrox units and characters is that in BRB on p.97 there is a list of the units a char can't join and Unique is not listed, but in the list of unit types a char CAN join Unique isn't listed either, because all "Unique" units should have specific rules about chars joining them but as the LM book is from 7th there obviously isn't, and lazy GW don't bother to FAQ it. Here there is only 1 list so its pretty clear that they can't enter.

The problem with saying characters can't join unique units is that the rule uses the word "normally", this intoduces a level of doubt in interpreting the absence of inclusion as exclusion.
