Sorry if it's been asked before, but terradons can do a march/fly move of up to 20 inches, can they drop their rocks on a unit they fly over when doing so? My thinking is yes, since it's considered an out of sequence shooting attack, they're skirmishers, and skirmishers can march and shoot, but wanted to confirm.

I would say that yes, they can drop rocks as the march, as flyers behave like skirmishers and skirmishers can march and shoot, so there really shouldn't be that much argument.

yes, they can. the book says they can drop rocks on a unit, over which they moved in the movement phase. it doesn't specify they can't march during that movement phase.
