8th Ed. cheesest lizardmen list

Hey guys got aa quick question. What is the cheesest lizardmen list that anyone has played or seen and how cempetitive iis it.this is for a 2k tournament.

Same applies for 2000 as it does for 2500. Take an all skink and terradon list with dual light slann and repeat after me, "I flee the charge"
