There are just too many influences in my life to not to consider the idea of an eccentric saurus oldblood as the master of a privateering fleet.
Owing to the origin of my own name, I figured it'd be as good a starting place as any to translate it into High Saurian.
Morgan = Sea-bright = light/sun of the water = Cho-tzi
Liam = Unwavering Protector/Defender = Stubborn/Mind of Earth-One In the process of Defending = Quatec-Tlazmundi
Cho-Tzi-Quatec-Tlazmundi
Chotzi'quatectlazmundi
I may need someone to proofread this translation. For now however, I find it serviceable.
EDIT: I've decided that everything past the glottal stop is an honorary descriptor that Chotzi has acquired over the years but will only ever use in ceremonial formalities.

Plying the waves of the World Pond aboard his garitlanqraztzi (literal: attack of the temple-bringer of the water/temple-warship)[insert ship name here], the oldblood known as Chotzi'quatectlazmundi has been patrolling the Southland coasts for millennia, doggedly pursuing and sinking raiders, and privateering elsewhere for stolen plaques.
Prolonged voyages at sea with a mixed fleet crew comprised largely of Southland skinks have made Chotzi rather eccentric by saurus standards. Although he is nonetheless dedicated to his task as the Great Plan commands of him, and is no less battle-minded than any other saurus, he and his fellow lizards have developed a ruthless sense of mercantilism independently of the Slanns' influence, and exposure to the warmbloods in Araby, Tilea, Estalia, and the volatile region of the Border Princes have led to Chotzi not only being accustomed to their ways of war and business but also their languages, making it rather amusing to him whenever some ignorant warmblood mistakes him for a dumb brute unable to speak Reikspeil for instance.
Whilst Chotzi is not above offering his services in exchange for payment (especially plaques), those that brave the intimidating display and accept are quick to find themselves under the baleful gaze of his golden eye, and those who attempt to double-cross him are quick to be crushed in the grip of his iron claws.
--
I guess the easiest way of explaining Chotzi is that he's a saurus privateer who's so determined to retrieve lost plaques should they resurface that he'll do whatever he can to get them, even if it means risking dismemberment (hence the iron claws and golden eye) or cutting business deals with warmbloods in more ways than one.

Courtesy of TWW2, I'm envisioning Chotzi's temple-warship being one of these, armed primarily with ballistae, a few olotepaz (cannons) that he commandeered during his travels, and maybe one or two solar engines:
