churning them out

A few skinks done, i've stuck to the GW scheme but tried some different washes/highlights. Still using cheapo paints and need to look at shading. I might get a bit more adventurous when i start the saurus.













like i say theses are the first things i've tried in about 15 years and the first time i've painted lizardmen, so any advice/criticism would be appreciated.

cheers, it's been a while, but i'm really enjoying it, gotta stay disciplined cause ive got a lot to paint in a short time. Hopefully i'll speed up as i get a bit of a production line on the go.

Mate these are looking great, how many you got to do?

My only bit of crit would be getting a bit more contrast on the skinks with another wash...but that would be me being really picky.

Yeah, looking at the pics they could do with a bit more conrast and the scales need picking out more. I f^*£ed up a load of skinks trying out a homemade dip, so I've got them to redo, 16 saurus, a slann, 10 COC and a stegadon.
