Welcome to the forums.

It sounds like you have some interest in fluff (Lizardmen fiction). We got lots of that. @Valvorik wrote a lot about the Southlands. It could provide inspiration. If you like it, great. If not, you do not have to use it. It's not official and we are not bound very tightly to official fluff anyway.
