8th Ed. CLarification question

I just read the BRB page 20 - in which it states (now this isn't a clearcut quote) that a charger may wheel 90 degrees during his/her charge, and should (offc limited by the roll of the dice) aim to have as many chargers as possible in contact.

Now my question goes - It doesn't say so, and as such i should probably just leave it there and say that it isn't free. BUT!

Is the up to 90 degree wheel free?

As long as the rolled charge range is equal to or greater than the distance between the units, the charge succeeds. How you move them after that, within the limit of only making one wheel, is up to you.

Exactly. So basicly yes, it is free.
