8th Ed. Cold One Cav vs. Cold One Riders?

Was at my GW store yesterday getting some Skinks and a Steg, and saw a box of Cold One Riders. I looked (rather quickly to be honest) at the GW website and in the army book and didn't see this anywhere. Is this an older kit? If so what is it used for? Is it just the same as the Cold One Cavalry?

Or where they the even older all metal skinks riding cold ones...

Either way they are basicly the same unit.
