AoS Converting Saurus into Temple Guard

    I was thinking if this would be possible.

    My plan is to make a unit of 5 Temple guards from the start collecting sprue's.

    I will use the champion head on them. I will cut the spears and glue the club to the end of the spears.

    I will paint them a different colour. Do you think this will work?

    ya this would work ok you wouldn't get many out of it but i don't see why not

    I’ve done this to round out my temple guard unit. It works fine and I used a bit of green stuff to make the bone crest on the heads.

    Yes, I was looking today, I don't appear to have enough champion heads left in the start collecting box.

    But I do still plan to make a Skink Star Seer using the chair from the Carnosaur I didn't build. Also will build a priest and a star priest from the spare Skinks.


    Still trying to think weather I should buy another start collection box and a box of Skinks. Or a Steggadon/Basilidon and a box of Skinks.

    there is a colection box with skinks bastiladon rippers a trogladon skink prist and old blood on foot it was one of my first buys and is a fairly good deal
