do you have to randomize shooting against a necro on a corpse cart?

if so and the necro is killed does the corpse cart pop? or stay on field and act as normal?

The book says it moves and fights as a monster, so use the rules for ridden monsters. That means shooting hits the cart on 1-4 and the Necro on a 5-6. This also means the cart survives if the Necro dies, and the corpse cart can be taken without a Necromancer as well.
