Ok so here I tried to make a list that could be ferocious and solid at the same time.

I'll be having a match with a Chaos Warriors player which I never faced... I do know though that he is a fan of the blanced line technique. the one where ur guys just form a strait line advancing toward ur opponent. thats why i wanted a solid core covered by many strong units (carno lord, cavalry, krox and steg) and fast units (all of the skinks plus the one cited earlier).

    Here it is:

    Lord : Kuraq-Kaq Saurus : Carnosaure
    Blade of the Multiple Realms
    Light armor
    Enchanted shield

    Heros : Skink priest : Lvl 2
    Engine of the god
    Plaque of Tepok

    Skink priest : Lvl 2
    Dispel scroll

    Core : 20 Saurus : Champion
    Standard
    Spears

    15 Saurus : Champion
    Standard
    Spears

    11 Skinks skirmishers :

    10 Skinks skirmishers :

    Special : 5 Chameleons skinks :

    5 Saurus cavalry :

    3 Kroxigors :

    Any comments?

You'd probably do not want to get into combat with his Chaos Warriors. They're just too tough for Saurrii to take on. Even kroxes could bite the dust vs them.
10 Chosen are insanely powerfull for such a small unit.

I'd drop the standard and champion on the 15 Saurus, use these more as a detachment. Do not give him the Eye of the Gods roll for your champion- easy buff for him- your standard is just giving VP's.
Spear-Steg is amazing vs WOC, a true linebreaker.
i'd try to add a Salamander and Terradons.
Terradons are the perfect counter versus the Marauder (light) Cavalry. After they wipe thse guys out they are a march-blocker for the already slow moving infantry line.
Salamanders are good redirectors vs tough troops and could actually kill something, 1 kill is enough for a panic test! True, they probably won't panic at all, but make them take those tests!

What are your plans for the kroxigors?
3 is enough for them to take stuff on, but even 2 just don't make the cut vs WOC. I'd upgrade them to 4 (more attacks, more wounds, more redundancy->more effective unit for longer period), or drop them alltogether. If you go with the second you can buy the teries and/or Sala for it.
10 skink cohort always make good redirectors, vs the hammers the WOC have they're good value. COnsider it, just think about it.

If you need 6 points: drop the odd skink of the skirmisher unit :)

These are my points of attention,, think twice about these things (IMO) and decide if your units are actually worth their investment. We all have diferent playing styles so maybe they work for you but they don't work for me :)
    Good luck in your battle!

    Hope it helped,

I would like to agree with a few things, Champions should go, and a Skink chief with stego war-spear is just AWESOME. You should trade champs for musitions, you really don't want to waste a draw, definatly not against WoC. I will also agree with the statement about the Kroxigors, wile i am a lover of them, against WoC 3 isn't enough, i'd trade them for what is already mentioned.

    Hope my 2 cents helped.
