8th Ed. Dark Shadows - Lizardmen vs Warriors of Chaos

Busy day tomorrow!
I will have a couple of games after a long time without playing fantasy.
Will post the outcome for the first two missions.

The Mists Recoil

The Chaos Berzerkers cross the waters to reach the Shores of Albion while the Lizardmen Army assemble the defense.




The Battle was quick, but fierce! 8 Chaos Warriors and 2 Champions died, 2 Saurus Warriors and the Three salmanders perished defending the beach. Soon the Chaos Army Will try to cross the plains and reach the inner lands of the isle of mists!

Mission 2: The Fens

The Lizardmen positioned its forces to Block the hordes of Chaos attempting to reach the Ogham Stones.

The first to reach combat was the berzerker Chaos Lord. Charged by the Kroxigors, empowered by Wysan’s Wildform, the Khorne Lord was smashed to a bloddy pulp, suffering 7 unsaved wounds. Next, the Chaos Knights charged the Kroxigors and killed One of the beasts. The return strikes caused enough damage the destroy the entire unit. After that, the warhounds proved to be no match to the Lizardmen Army.

Lead by the Great White Lizard, the Lizardmen fought valiantly and swiftly destroyed the forces of Chaos.

Hmm, this sounds more like 6th Edition to me...

Because we are using 8th edition rules. If there is a problem, I can try to remove the label.

That explains it! In that case you don't need to remove the 8th tag.

I trust then that you're using 8th main rules intermixed with the old 6th Edition skirmish rules for the first scenario?

More or less. We just used each miniature as an unit on it’s own. It was fun.
