8th Ed. Defense list

    I have to write a 2250 points "defense" list. I have walls surrounding me with an enemy trying to assault the walls. I can have up to 10 models on each section of walls (up to two sections total) and there is a mote (sp?) surrounding the walls. What would be a good list to throw together for a defense? Unfortunately Lizardmen don't have catapults or bolt throwers to hit from a distance. I am mainly looking for suggestions to add to army or ideas.

    Slann (3 focuses-rumination, mystery, becalming)
    cupped hands
    BSB
    flaming banner

    18 Temple Guard

    2 x 25 units of sauraus with FC

    I am thinking 2-3 units of camo skinks

    Not sure about the a EoTG, mainly for the 5+ ward save.

    1 level 2 skink priest. I might do a 2nd but I would drop the EoTG for it.

    The scenario is really I have to keep most of my units behind the walls till they get through, so I need to weaken them abit from a distance.

    Any thoughts what to add?

    Or what version of a list you would run for this scenario.

    Can you put razordons or salamanders on the walls or in towers in the corners? I would think that Temple Guard on the Walls would be the way to go. In the Watch tower scenario, nothing we have beats Temple Guard in the tower. If you want shooters on the walls, don't expect to hold those walls for long once the enemy sieges them.
